According to the Hartford Business Journal, 66 Stony Hill LLC has acquired the 25,556‑square‑foot Mountain Laurel Plaza at 66–68 Stony Hill Road in Bethel for $3.2 million. The fully leased retail center, built in 1974, sits on 3.31 acres and is appraised at $3.19 million with an assessed value of $2.24 million.
