According to the Hartford Business Journal, New Haven-based Knights of Columbus sold an ownership stake in a 252,000-square-foot office building at 545 Long Wharf Drive to Water Street, a Connecticut-based commercial real estate management firm. Water Street took over operational control on November 1 and will relocate its headquarters to a 4,500-square-foot suite in the building by December 1. The property, appraised at nearly $43.9 million, was bought by the Knights of Columbus for $12.8 million in 2020.
