
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Landmark Properties and Manulife Investment Management have opened The Standard at Four Corners, an 890-bed student housing complex at 1725 Storrs Road in Storrs. The development spans 392 units across studio to three-bedroom layouts, includes 14,500 square feet of retail space, and was financed with $122.5 million from Wells Fargo Bank. Completed ahead of the fall semester, it marks the first purpose-built off-campus student housing project near the University of Connecticut in over a decade.
