According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 14,981-square-foot brick-and-masonry building at 200 John Downey Drive in New Britain was sold for $1.9 million to a Raritan, New Jersey-based LLC. The property, situated on 2.3 acres, houses Lincoln Technical Institute under a long-term lease and was purchased as an investment.
