According to the Hartford Business Journal, a limited liability company affiliated with Petzold’s acquired the Port Clinton Marina property at 33 Indian Drive in Clinton for $3.5 million. The 2.1-acre site includes a 75-year-old, 838-square-foot commercial building and a network of floating docks offering 140 boat slips at the mouth of the Hammonasset River. The sellers had purchased the marina in 2001 for $900,000 and operated it for over two decades before the recent sale.
