
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Easthampton Precision Manufacturing, operating as Easthampton Quality Machine, acquired an industrial property at 37 Inwood Road in Rocky Hill for $1.2 million. The building spans a single story and sits on a 1-acre parcel, previously owned by Forrest Machine, which relocated to a larger facility in Berlin. The Massachusetts-based buyer plans to retrofit the space for precision machining operations, including relocating equipment and making cosmetic and functional upgrades.
