According to the Hartford Business Journal, 701 Main Street Holding LLC has acquired a one‑story, 5,183‑square‑foot retail building at 701 Main St. in Monroe for $1.63 million. The seller, Seven Hundred One Main St LLC, had previously purchased the 1.07‑acre property in 2006 for $550,000.
