According to the Hartford Business Journal, Corbalite VI LLC purchased a 19,042-square-foot retail property at 179 Main Street in Monroe for $1.6 million. The one-story building, constructed in 1995, sits on a 1.09-acre parcel and includes three separate retail units. It was previously owned by individuals who acquired it in 2013, and as of 2023, the property was appraised at $1.04 million.
