According to the Hartford Business Journal, Pennrose and The Cloud Co. acquired a 7-acre former industrial site along Old Firehouse Road in downtown Naugatuck for $600,000 to develop a $80 million mixed-use apartment complex. The project will include 180 residential units across three four-story buildings, more than 7,000 square feet of commercial space, and a new public greenspace.
