According to the Hartford Business Journal, NEFCO sold its headquarters at 411 Burnham Street in East Hartford for $11.5 million to a group of six limited liability companies tied to Derek M. Selig. The 138,974‑square‑foot warehouse, built 39 years ago, sits on nearly 10 acres and was financed with an $8.2 million mortgage from Amalgamated Bank. Land records confirm the property is being leased back to NEFCO, allowing the company to continue operations at the site.
