According to the Hartford Business Journal, BHD Ridgefield Realty LLC, based in New Jersey, acquired the 32,132-square-foot building at 137 Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield for $5.18 million. The property, which sits on 15 acres and was built in 1964, is home to Nod Hill Brewery as well as Riverside Fencing and Silvestri Fencing.
