According to the Hartford Business Journal, a two-story office building with warehouse space at 11 Brookfield St. in Norwalk was purchased for $1.05 million. The 4,898-square-foot property, built in 1970 on a 0.15-acre parcel, was previously appraised at $693,530 and assessed at $485,470 in 2023.
