According to the Hartford Business Journal, Broad RE Investment LLC purchased the 8,001‑square‑foot warehouse at 17 Broad St. in Norwalk for $1.88 million . The two‑story building, constructed in 1986 on a 0.39‑acre parcel, had been owned by Broad Properties LLC, which acquired it in 1996 for $525,000.
