According to the Hartford Business Journal, 201 Broad Stamford LLC and 201 Equities LLC have acquired the 14‑story, mixed‑use Canterbury Green tower at 201 Broad St. in Stamford for $25 million, transferring ownership of more than 300,000 square feet of office and residential space, including 106 apartments. The 1986‑built property sits on roughly 2 acres and is appraised at $59.1 million with an assessed value of $41.3 million. The seller, 201 Broad Street Owner LLC, had held the asset since 2007 and also sold the 197,150‑square‑foot office tower at 177 Broad St. in a separate $13.2 million transaction.
