According to the Hartford Business Journal, Melrose Pfeiffer Holding LLC, an affiliate of Melrose Solomon Enterprises LLC, acquired a 221,070‑square‑foot office building at 50 Danbury Road in Wilton Corporate Park for $24.8 million. The two‑story property, built in 1961, sits on one acre and is part of a 33‑acre campus that includes three other office buildings totaling about 160,000 square feet.
