According to the Hartford Business Journal, Zelco Properties, in partnership with Grossman Development Group and The McDevitt Co., has acquired Old Lyme Marketplace for $11.55 million. The 102,500‑square‑foot strip mall at 90 Halls Road sits on several acres just off I‑95 and is anchored by Big Y World Class Market.
