According to the Hartford Business Journal, Orthopedic Associates of Hartford purchased 6.05 acres at 250 Enterprise Drive in Rocky Hill for $1 million to expand its presence near its existing 45,000-square-foot surgical center at 150 Enterprise Drive. The group plans to develop the newly acquired land to enhance patient care and increase capacity at its Rocky Hill location.
