According to the Hartford Business Journal, Agree Realty Corp. acquired the 170,638‑square‑foot Derby Shopping Center at 496 New Haven Ave. for $15.35 million . The property, developed in phases from 1985 to 2023, sits on a multi‑acre commercial site anchored by Lowe’s, which occupies about 90% of the total square footage under a long‑term lease. The seller, Field Brothers Commercial Properties, purchased the center for $13.7 million in 2011.
