According to the Hartford Business Journal, a $22 million adaptive reuse project transformed a 100,000-square-foot former cotton mill at 42 Pink Row in Montville into Oxoboxo Lofts, a 72-unit affordable housing complex that is now fully leased. The development offers a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments for residents earning between 25% and 60% of the area median income, alongside market-rate units.
