According to the Hartford Business Journal, A.R. Building Co. acquired 22.1 acres at 200 Capital Boulevard in Rocky Hill for $3 million, with plans to develop a 153-unit apartment complex featuring three four-story buildings, a pool, and a clubhouse. The site, located in the Corporate Ridge business park near Interstate 91, was sold by Corpridge Land Co. to a limited liability company affiliated with A.R. Building Co.
