According to the Hartford Business Journal, Amazon opened a 202,000-square-foot delivery station at 137 Lathrop Road in Plainfield, a site formerly used as a greyhound racing track. The facility sits on a multi-acre parcel and began operations on October 16, serving eastern Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
