According to the Providence Business News, the former Providence Journal production complex on Kinsley Avenue has been sold for $4.17 million to Kinsley Avenue Property Owner LLC, a Rhode Island entity affiliated with a regional industrial real estate firm . The transaction includes 204 Kinsley Ave., 260 Kinsley Ave., and 119 Harris Ave., a combined assemblage totaling 7.86 acres with a 19,000‑square‑foot production building dating to 1947.
