According to the Hartford Business Journal, a five-story, 83,392-square-foot office building at 1344-1360 Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill is proposed for conversion into 75 apartment units. The 2.58-acre site also includes a 3,060-square-foot fast-food building, a cellular tower, and is located near the intersection of Interstate 91 and Route 99.
