According to the Hartford Business Journal, KS Partners has boosted occupancy at its 110,000-square-foot office building at 55 Capital Blvd. in Rocky Hill to 75% following nearly 31,000 square feet of new leases and renewals. The Class A property, built in 1988 and located within the 230-acre Corporate Ridge business park, features updated lobbies, common areas, and a new tenant lounge.
