According to the Hartford Business Journal, RLJ 3600 LLC and an affiliated White Plains-based entity acquired a 26,000-square-foot retail and office building at 1111 South Main Street in Cheshire for $2.7 million. The two-story property sits on 2 acres along Route 10 and is nearly fully leased, with only a 600-square-foot office space currently vacant.
