According to the Hartford Business Journal, Prospect Investment Group LLC purchased the former West Center Marketplace property at 44 South Turnpike Road in Wallingford for $960,000. The one-story commercial building spans 9,750 square feet and sits on a 1.16-acre parcel with 40 parking spaces. Previously home to a market and dry-cleaning business that closed during the pandemic, the site has been renovated into office space and will soon house Smilen Dental Group.
