According to the Providence Business News, Saminvest Co. LLC purchased a 4.8-acre industrial property at 20 Business Park Drive in Smithfield for $3.4 million from AJP Realty LLC. The site includes a 3,100-square-foot warehouse built in 2020 with two wide-bay garage ports and three load levelers, and it continues to house Northeast Trailer Remarketing Corp.
