According to the Hartford Business Journal, Superior Equipment and Supplies purchased the 5,512‑square‑foot industrial building at 1198 West St. in Southington for $1.4 million. The property, situated on 4.37 acres and built in 2009, will be used for the company’s ongoing operations. The seller, Engineered Construction LLC, transferred a site that had an appraised value of $528,860 as of 2025.
