According to the Hartford Business Journal, K5 Equities acquired two apartment complexes in Stamford for a combined $57 million from Hamilton Daycroft LLC. The first property, Daycroft Apartments at 44-150 Blachley Road, spans 5.6 acres and includes eight two-story buildings with 108 units totaling 103,680 square feet, purchased for $33.2 million. The second, Hamilton Gardens at 333 Hamilton Avenue, consists of four two-story buildings with 80 units across 76,800 square feet on 4.48 acres, acquired for $24 million.
