According to the Hartford Business Journal, Real Capital Solutions and Lamar Companies acquired the Stamford Towers office complex at 680 and 750 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, totaling 332,000 square feet across two buildings. The properties, built in 1989 and 1990, sit one block from the Stamford Transportation Center and include 132,477 square feet at 680 Washington and 186,148 square feet at 750 Washington. The previous owner, had purchased the buildings in 2017 for $42 million and $53.7 million respectively, though the current sale price was not disclosed.
