According to the Hartford Business Journal, The Sterling Organization acquired the Copaco Center shopping plaza on Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield for $54.2 million. The transaction involved three deeds transferring a total of 68.8 acres and included a 439,644-square-foot retail property anchored by Stop & Shop and Lowe’s Home Improvement.
