According to the Hartford Business Journal, Terex Corp., headquartered at 301 Merritt 7 in Norwalk, has agreed to sell its Tower and Rough Terrain Cranes businesses to Raimondi Cranes SpA, a Milan-based manufacturer. The transaction includes Terex’s facilities in Fontanafredda and Crespellano, Italy, as well as its North American Cranes service operation in Wilmington, North Carolina. While the sale price was not disclosed, the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
