
According to the Hartford Business Journal, the University of St. Joseph is planning a $10 million to $13 million investment to renovate its Pope Pius XII Library and construct a new welcome center at 1678 Asylum Avenue in West Hartford. The project includes a full interior overhaul of the existing library to create collaborative workspaces for its 2,000 students, replacing traditional book stacks with modern amenities. Construction is expected to begin in January.
