According to the Hartford Business Journal, a former scrap metal recycling facility in West Haven, located at 149-155 and 167-173 Front Ave., has been sold to Ledyard Street Properties for $2 million. The property includes two main buildings, a 10,800-square-foot light industrial property and a 7,700-square-foot building. The seller, Industrial Recycling, is now permanently closed.
