According to the Providence Business News, a 34,815-square-foot industrial building at 1 Crosswind Road in Westerly Industrial Park was sold for $2.5 million. The property, which includes 3.1 acres of land and two one-story buildings, was sold by P3 Enterprise LLC to Grifo 1 LLC.
