According to the Hartford Business Journal, TC Greens Farms LLC has acquired the office buildings at 55 and 57 Greens Farms Road in Westport for $25 million, a combined 181,761‑square‑foot portfolio on 21.9 acres. The seller, 1735 Ashley LLC, had purchased the properties for $32.6 million in 2018, and town records list a current appraised value of $28.9 million with an assessed value of $20.2 million.
