According to the Hartford Business Journal, Avoric Denver Real Estate LLC has purchased two adjacent commercial properties at 971 and 979 Post Road E. in Westport for a combined $3.09 million. The acquisitions include a 3,200‑square‑foot retail building on 0.43 acres for $1.79 million and a 2,836‑square‑foot office building on 0.25 acres for $1.3 million. Both assets were sold by Dandar Realty LLC and together carry an appraised value of $2.65 million.
