According to the Hartford Business Journal, Zelco Properties & Development, along with institutional and operating partners, acquired the Whole Foods-anchored shopping center at 110 High Ridge Road in Stamford for $62 million. The property spans 153,000 square feet across three levels and sits on a major commercial corridor at the intersection of High Ridge and Long Ridge roads.
