According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 37-acre parcel in Windsor approved for industrial development was sold twice on the same day, first to Condyne Capital Partners for $9.05 million, and then immediately to a PNK Group-affiliated LLC for $13.1 million. The site, located at 141 Old Poquonock Road and portions of 903 and 1001 Day Hill Road, has approvals in place for two industrial buildings totaling 420,000 square feet, with planned addresses at 75 and 85 Baker Hollow Road.
