Mike Romano is a Project Manager at Sentry Commercial, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate investment, development, and project management. His expertise spans site selection, financial analysis, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless execution of real estate projects from concept to completion.

Before joining Sentry Commercial, Mike served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Commercial Development Company (CDC), where he led high-value real estate investments and development projects. His previous roles at Dellacamera Capital Management and National Asset Direct further strengthened his skills in financial modeling, asset oversight, and market strategy.

Throughout his career, Mike has managed a variety of notable projects, including:

✔ Adaptive reuse of a vacant Lowe’s into a 120,000 S.F. distribution hub
✔ Conversion of an 84,000 S.F. retail space into a trampoline park
✔ Pre-development budgeting and approval for a 164-unit senior living campus
✔ Major exterior and mechanical renovations of an 18,000 S.F. shopping center

A University of Connecticut graduate, Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics. Beyond his professional career, he is actively involved in community initiatives and previously served as President of the Danny Wallace Foundation. A passionate competitor, he was recognized on UConn’s All-Decade Lacrosse Team and was a two-year team captain.
