According to the Hartford Business Journal, Refined Living LLC has proposed a $25 million redevelopment of the former Belding-Corticelli thread mill site at 630 Riverside Drive in Thompson. The 33-acre parcel, which includes seven to eleven buildable acres due to floodplain and wetlands constraints, would feature 116 townhouse-style condominiums. This initiative complements broader revitalization efforts in Thompson, including a separate 300-unit proposal for the nearby 750,000-square-foot River Mill site.
