LLC has proposed a 50,000‑square‑foot warehouse, office, and showroom facility at 1345 Newfield St. in Middletown near the Cromwell town line. The project, referred to in application materials as the Winnair Distribution Center, would involve construction of a new industrial building along with site improvements.
