According to the Hartford Business Journal, Winstanley Enterprises is proposing to redevelop a 541,076‑square‑foot warehouse on a 49‑acre property at 100 Print Shop Road in Enfield into a modern logistics facility. The 1975‑built building, currently occupied by LEGO Systems and Coca‑Cola, is expected to be vacated by January 2027, prompting plans to remove roughly 96,000 square feet from the rear and reconfigure the site for improved truck circulation and loading.
