
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brady Sullivan Properties paid $3.9 million for two office buildings at 1 and 3 Waterside Crossing in Windsor that it plans to convert into 171 apartment units. The transactions included a $1.1 million purchase of a 91,100‑square‑foot building on 12.2 acres at 1 Waterside Crossing and a $2.8 million acquisition of a 125,152‑square‑foot building on 14.1 acres at 3 Waterside Crossing, with both properties constructed in the early 1980s. The conversions are part of a broader effort by Windsor to repurpose underutilized office buildings along the Day Hill Corporate Area into residential uses.
