According to the Hartford Business Journal, Progressive Insurance signed a 26,600‑square‑foot lease for the full second floor at 30 Batterson Park Road in Farmington, relocating operations from 40 Commerce Court in Newington. The leased space represents roughly one‑third of the 85,000‑square‑foot office building, based on CoStar data.
