According to the Hartford Business Journal, Windsor Locks approved a revised plan by Nitro Realty LLC to develop a 12,000‑square‑foot truck maintenance and depot facility near Bradley International Airport. The project is located at 321 Ella Grasso Turnpike, also known as 501 North St., where an earlier approval for a 48,412‑square‑foot warehouse has been replaced with a smaller repair building and a surface lot for truck cab storage and servicing.
