The four‑story building, constructed in 1988 and renovated in 2021, sits on approximately 11.8 acres and was acquired by 440 Wheelers Farm Road LLC, an entity controlled by RDS Holding Five LLC. The seller was Joffe Paulding 19 LLC, which had purchased the property in 2024 for $4.45 million before financial distress led to a receivership.
