
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Somerset Capital Group acquired an 8,912‑square‑foot office building at 40 Armory Lane in Milford for $2 million with plans to demolish the structure and develop a new headquarters. The existing one‑story building sits on approximately 0.75 acres and will be replaced with a 14,000‑square‑foot, three‑story office building that includes ground‑level parking.
