According to the Hartford Business Journal, a three‑story office building dating back to 1820 at 1 Park St. in Norwalk sold for $2 million, based on city land records. The historic downtown property was acquired by One Park Street LLC. The seller was Human Services Council Inc., a Norwalk‑based nonprofit organization.
