According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Massachusetts‑based commercial painting and industrial services contractor purchased an industrial property at 351 Burnham St. in East Hartford for $638,000, based on land records. The property was acquired by 351 Burnham Street LLC as part of an owner‑user expansion strategy supporting operations throughout Connecticut and the Northeast.
